The steamers news from Liverpool up to 4^th ulto were received on Sunday the 1^st inst I think the accounts will not have much influence on our market – there is no change as yet. Lead is arriving in large quantities and must, I think soon drop down to 3 ¼ would it not be a safe article to ship at that price?”
