Passport for Isaac Marie Delaroche, age 63, “habitan de St. Domingue” his wife and two nieces, who were returning to France from Baltimore. Delaroche had likely fled Haiti because of the Haitian Revolution to America. He was a native of Charoller, Rhone et Loire. The passport is signed by Louis Arcambal, the French consul in Baltimore and by Delaroche.
