Anne Arundel counties, was wanted for a knife assault, the victim was expected
to die. Ennis worked as a laborer on the city streets. A reward of $ 25.00 was
offered “for his arrest and delivery to an officer of this Department. Richard
Sylvester was a Major and Superintendent of the Police Department.
